Job Description

Experience / Education:
Minimum of 3 years of human resources/recruiting or related experience preferred. Experience in the hotel or service industry is preferred. Experience with multi-location/multi-state organizations with 1,000+ employees is a plus.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or relevant four-year degree from an accredited university or college; and/or equivalent business experience is required.
Performance Measurement:
90 Day performance review, ongoing feedback from supervisor, attendance, productivity, feedback from others, etc.
Physical Demands:
High frequency of sitting, computer keying, working at a desk, viewing spreadsheets and other written or displayed numbers and words for extended portions of the day are required. Extended workdays may be required to accomplish tasks and meet workload demands during peak periods. Some travel to hotel locations will be required; may include overnight travel.
